Due to size and physical shipping constraints the Large Ghostcat Plush Doll is limited to 2 plushies per order. Ordering more will result in your order being canceled and refunded. 

This item CANNOT be ordered with other items. If you wish to order other items in the store it must be a separate order or else your order will be canceled and refunded. 

This is a PREORDER ITEM meaning it is not yet readily available. Purchasing a preorder helps cover production costs so that the item can be made! Pre-orders will remain open until the preorder limit is reached. Production and fulfillment may take up to 6-8 weeks, the estimated release time frame would be around December-early January. Please account for delays due to COVID-19. 

Orders will be capped at 300 orders.


Pre-order items cannot be canceled/refunded by the buyer.

This cute plush is made from soft minky fabric and stuffed firm to help it hold its shape. It measures 12 inches/30.5cm from the top of the head to the bottom. It has a tail and embroidered paw pad details. Preorders will come with special bonus stickers. THIS IS A LIMITED TIME ITEM AND WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE FOR THIS PREORDER ROUND.

SHIPPING POLICY
At this current time we are not able to ship orders to the UK, Germany, Brazil, Ukraine or  Russia.
For more information on if your country is eligible please check the USPS international service alert page.
STEEL WITH TEETH does not cover any related VAT fees, the customer is responsible for paying any additional customs fees per their countries shipping policies. 

Processing Time

Once you place your order please allow anywhere for 7-14 days for your order to be prepared for shipping. This does not include weekends or holidays. 
Due to COVID shipping times may vary, for international orders please expect immense delays. Once packages are in the hands of the shipping carrier they are completely out of our control. 
As this is a shop ran by one person delays are to be expected if there are an overwhelming number of orders.

Lost/stolen and Undeliverable Packages

STEEL WITH TEETH is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If by any circumstance a package is returned for being undeliverable, the customer can repay shipping fees to have the item shipped again. STEEL WITH TEETH is not liable for packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. Undeliverable items due to incorrect address of customer cannot be refunded and customer may be subject to a restocking fee. 

If you have an address change after placing an order please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve those changes. 

Undeliverable/incomplete addresses will have their orders canceled if the customer is unable to give an alternative address. 

REFUND POLICY

Preorders and Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled after 48 hours of the order being placed. Preorder items cannot be canceled as the funds are used to help pay for production costs of the item. An unjust chargeback will result in a dispute of the chargeback, cancellation of said order, and having any future purchases subject to cancellation. 


Damages and issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you were sent the wrong item, please contact us so that the issue can be evaluated and resolved. We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs while your order is in the hands of the postal service, nor any damages that occur after receiving the item.


Refunds and Exchanges


If you were sent a wrong item as a mistake on our end you are entitled an exchange of the correct item (USA only) or a refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Fraudulent Chargebacks
Under the events the chargeback is false (ex. opening unauthorized purchase dispute after received or shipping products when order was purposely made, or made on a preorder item) will result in shipped orders being rerouted back to us, the order canceled, and having any future orders subject to cancelation. If you believe an order was placed with us without your permission, please email us to cancel and refund you as chargebacks result in taking out additional fees on our end.
