Do you ship to ___ country?

STEELWITHTEETH will ship internationally, however there are certain countries that we are unable to ship to. Please check the shipping policy page for more information.

I moved/my address has changed/I entered the wrong shipping information!

If you had a change of address or put in the wrong info you can contact us through the contact link at the top of the page with your order number or email contact@steelwithteeth.com

How long will it take for my order to get sent out?

1-2 weeks for domestic orders. Due to COVID please expect occassional delays with packages. International orders may have more significant delays. This does not apply to orders that contain PREORDER items, and items can be expected to ship in the estimated preorder time frame specified in the product listing.

Where is my order/Why does my tracking say ___?

If you've received a shipping notification please give it a day or two to update with tracking information. Once a package is dropped off at the post office and sent out any delays that may occur are completely out of our control. As a sender we only get the same exact tracking information as the recipient. 

Can I cancel my order?

If your order is not a preorder item and has not been shipped out you can cancel for up to 48 hours after ordering. Afterwards all sales are final. Please check our refund policy for more information. 

Preorder items cannot be canceled/refunded.

My item was damaged/lost.

Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for damage or package loss on behalf of the postal service as it is completely out of our control. Insured orders are eligable for replacements/refunds.

We do not issue refunds or replacements for items that are stolen/delivered to the wrong address.

When will you be restocking ___ item?

To keep up to date with item restocks feel free to click the "notify me when restocked" button on the item listing. Restocks are not done on any consistent schedule or guaranteed. 

As a small business it is normal for us to discontinue certain items, please assume the availability of any item is finite and attempt to purchase it at any available opportunity as it might not be around forever.

I have not received an order confirmation email.

Please be sure to check your spam/junk folders! If you still have not received it reach out to contact@steelwithteeth.com with the name/email you ordered under and we will resend the confirmation. 

My tracking says 'Delivered' but I did not get my order.

Please be sure to reach out to your local post office about this! Unfortunately there is nothing we can do on our end to assist you as we have no control over where your package ends up, we are not liable for missing or stolen packages. At times USPS will mark packages as delivered prematurely but have the package in their possession and may deliver it in a matter of days, otherwise please reach out to them.

Domestic orders under $100 are automatically insured, and a claim may be made to attempt to get reimbursement.
