PREORDER INFO

THIS IS A PREORDER ITEM.

When an item is listed as [PREORDER] it means that the item is not yet readily available. As a small business it is very difficult to afford certain products on our own, and preorder purchases help fund the costs of creating the product. Typically these take a little longer to send out than a readily available item since it has to be manufactured and then shipped out to the buyer after the preorder window closes. The fulfillment time can vary greatly depending on the item, and will be specified in the preorder listing. 
Due to the costs of preorders going towards funding manufacturing, preorder items cannot be refunded. Please refer to our refund policy for more info.
If you need to update your address before your preorder is shipped out, please contact us so we may update your information. We cannot refund orders that are delivered to the wrong address.
Readily in stock items can be ordered with preorder items (unless stated otherwise), however they will not ship out until the preorder is fulfilled as they will be sent together. If you would like other items sooner they must be purchased in a separate order. 

 

 

SHIPPING INFO
STEEL WITH TEETH is not responsible for misdelivered/missing/stolen packages, it is completely out of our control. You MUST contact your local post office if there are issues with your delivery.

Domestic orders shipping with the USA valuing up to $100 are insured if shipped with USPS Ground Advantage. Domestic orders of over $100 are automatically covered by us. International orders will have insurance coverage if the order is over the value of $70. If you would like to request insurance on your order please reach out to contact@steelwithteeth.com or leave a request in the order notes. This must be done BEFORE your order is shipped.

At this current time we are not able to ship orders to the UK, Germany, Brazil, Ukraine or  Russia.

STEEL WITH TEETH does not cover any related VAT fees, the customer is responsible for paying any additional customs fees per their countries shipping policies.

Processing Time

Once you place your order please allow anywhere for 7-14 days for your order to be prepared for shipping. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO PREORDERS. This does not include weekends or holidays. 
Due to COVID shipping times may vary, for international orders please expect immense delays. Once packages are in the hands of the shipping carrier they are completely out of our control. 
As this is a shop ran by one person delays are to be expected if there are an overwhelming number of orders.

Lost/stolen and Undeliverable Packages

STEEL WITH TEETH is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If by any circumstance a package is returned for being undeliverable, the customer can repay shipping fees to have the item shipped again. STEEL WITH TEETH is not liable for packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. Undeliverable items due to incorrect address of customer cannot be refunded and customer may be subject to a restocking fee.  (DISCLAIMER: not all Return To Sender packages reliably make it back to us)

If you have an address change after placing an order please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve those changes. 

Undeliverable/incomplete addresses will have their orders canceled if the customer is unable to give an alternative address. 

REFUND POLICY

Preorders and Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled after 48 hours of the order being placed. Preorder items cannot be canceled as the funds are used to help pay for production costs of the item. An unjust chargeback will result in a dispute of the chargeback, cancellation of said order, and having any future purchases subject to cancellation. 


Damages and issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you were sent the wrong item, please contact us so that the issue can be evaluated and resolved. We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs while your order is in the hands of the postal service, nor any damages that occur after receiving the item.


Refunds and Exchanges


If you were sent a wrong item as a mistake on our end you are entitled an exchange of the correct item (USA only) or a refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@steelwithteeth.com.

 

Fraudulent Chargebacks
Under the events the chargeback is false (ex. opening unauthorized purchase dispute after received or shipping products when order was purposely made, or made on a preorder item) will result in shipped orders being rerouted back to us, the order canceled, and having any future orders subject to cancelation. If you believe an order was placed with us without your permission, please email us to cancel and refund you as chargebacks result in taking out additional fees on our end.
